Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Asdar , we are dedicated to ensuring that the needs of those seeking financial aid are met. We understand that there may be situations where you require a refund for services acquired. The terms and procedures for obtaining a refund are outlined in this Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Consultation Fees

The fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable unless the consultation has not been completed.

Service Fees

Refunds for service fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for a refund is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be made within one day after the creation of the first unit test.
  2. The amount of effort that has been put into your course/implementation to date will also determine if you are still eligible (see section 6).

Prepaid Services

Fees paid for fixed prepaid periods are generally non-refundable except as outlined in the Agreement. Refunds for prepaid services are available only for residual amounts not yet used or partly completed as of the effective date of the termination of services.

Refund Process

Request Submittal

If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request to contact@asdar.net with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name].” Include your name, contact information, service details (including the ticket number), and the reason for the refund request.

Application Review

Our team will review your inquiry to determine eligibility for a refund.

Notification

You will be informed of our decision within 10 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation fees after services have been delivered.
  • Complete performance or delivery of all services as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Any third-party charges or expenses incurred in the provision of services.

Exceptions

Service Complaints

If you have complaints about the quality of our services or their delivery, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include arranging a partial refund or service credit.

Special Consideration

In special cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer refunds outside the scope of this standard policy.
